All wellness guidance, frameworks, and documentation produced by Talenov are intended to support healthy daily habits and lifestyle awareness, not to address specialist conditions or replace professional healthcare.

Talenov expressly disclaims any liability arising from decisions made in reliance on content published on talenov.info or provided through a consultation engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talenov shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site or its services, including but not limited to:

Talenov's aggregate liability to any individual user, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user to Talenov in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Talenov may terminate or suspend your access to the site or services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if Talenov determines that continued access would be inappropriate.

You may terminate a consultation engagement at any time by providing written notice to the Talenov team. Fees paid for completed session work are non-refundable. Fees for services not yet delivered will be refunded within 14 days of the termination notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of talenov.info shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Talenov reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted at this URL with an updated revision date. Where changes are material, notice will be displayed prominently on the site for a minimum of 14 days following the update.

Your continued use of talenov.info or Talenov services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the site and services.
