TALENOV
01 — Our Programs

Structured Wellness Programs

Seven core modules, each focused on a distinct domain of men's daily self-care — from physical conditioning to nutritional structuring and grooming fundamentals.

02 — Core Modules
MODULE 01
Man performing functional barbell strength training in a well-lit Jakarta gym, focusing on compound lifts with proper form

Functional Fitness

A compound-movement framework spanning five structured sessions per week. Programming references peer-reviewed load progression models and incorporates both indoor and outdoor movement patterns suited to the Jakarta active lifestyle.

MODULE 02
Clean meal prep layout on a wooden kitchen counter in Jakarta — grilled protein, vegetables, brown rice, and measured portions

Balanced Nutrition Guidance

Whole-food sourcing principles with portion structuring across three daily meals. The framework addresses macronutrient balance, mindful eating cadence, and hydration habits, drawing on published nutritional research reviewed by the Talenov editorial board.

MODULE 03
Man stretching on a foam roller in a clean, minimal home gym space with natural light, performing active recovery after training

Active Recovery

Recovery is documented as a structured module, not an afterthought. This program covers post-session mobility drills, contrast exposure, hydration protocols, and scheduled deload weeks mapped to the overall conditioning cycle.

MODULE 04
Minimal bedroom setup in Jakarta with blackout curtains, a bedside glass of water, and a journal — representing a structured sleep environment

Sleep Quality Improvement

Sleep architecture is calibrated through a three-phase evening routine — wind-down sequencing, environment optimisation, and consistent sleep-wake scheduling. The module references published research on circadian rhythm alignment and sleep efficiency metrics.

MODULE 05
Flat lay of men's grooming essentials — cleanser, moisturiser, shaving kit, and comb arranged neatly on a white marble surface

Grooming and Self-Care

A practical audit of skincare basics, grooming essentials, and personal care routines calibrated to Jakarta's tropical climate. This module addresses daily skincare, wardrobe planning fundamentals, and seasonal upkeep without prescribing specific branded products.

03 — Engagement Model

How the program is structured

Each engagement begins with a structured intake review, followed by module selection and a 12-week documented cycle. Progress data is reviewed bi-weekly and adjustments are applied to the subsequent cycle based on objective output.

Schedule an Assessment
01

Initial Intake Review

A structured 45-minute session to document current habits, activity patterns, and self-care baselines. No prescriptive output at this stage — observation only.

02

Module Selection

Three to five modules are selected based on the intake findings. Each module targets a specific area and runs on a structured four-week rotation with documented benchmarks.

03

12-Week Documented Cycle

The active cycle runs across twelve weeks with weekly check-in documentation. Output is recorded in the Talenov progress journal and cross-referenced against the initial baseline.

04

Bi-Weekly Review and Calibration

Every two weeks, progress data is reviewed against the module benchmarks. Adjustments are applied to the following week's programming using a structured recalibration framework.

04 — Inclusions

Structured Documentation

Every module comes with a printed and digital documentation pack — session plans, weekly habit trackers, and a 12-week progress journal formatted for daily use.

Evidence Reference Library

Each module references a curated library of peer-reviewed sources. Participants receive annotated reading lists and summary briefs for each evidence base cited in their program design.

Bi-Weekly Check-In Sessions

Two structured check-in sessions per month, each 30 minutes, conducted in-person at the Jakarta office or via structured remote format. Session notes are documented and retained in the progress file.

05 — Questions

Frequently asked about our programs

Talenov programs are designed for men aged 25–55 with an established baseline of physical activity and an interest in structured self-improvement. The programs assume no prior specialised knowledge but require a commitment to documentation and habit consistency across the 12-week cycle.
Yes. Modules can be engaged individually across a four-week single-module format. However, the full 12-week multi-module format produces more cross-referenced data and generally yields a more coherent self-improvement trajectory.
The structured activities across all seven modules total approximately 8–12 hours per week, inclusive of training sessions, meal structuring, journaling, and grooming routines. The documentation component adds an estimated 20–30 minutes daily.
Core documentation is produced in English. Session summaries and check-in notes are available in both English and Indonesian. The in-person sessions at the Jakarta office are conducted in either language based on participant preference.
